Monica Everett
Secrets of the Silent Witch · Anime
Monica Everett is famously known as the Silent Witch for being the only human capable of casting spells without chanting. Exceedingly shy, she had trouble conversing with others; and in the worst cases, faints when meeting strangers. Because this crippling anxiety affected her performance at a magic academy, Monica decided to bypass her fears by avoiding chanting entirely. No longer hampered by the time lag inherent
